For the past 2 years, I have worked as an Assistant Event Coordinator at The Segal Group, Inc. There, I am in charge of participating in the organization and management of various corporate events to ensure that all requirements and goals are always fully met. Additionally, I:

  • Develop and manage budgets, build and maintain professional relationships with local/global vendors, and manage logistics.
  • Maintain appearance of the event sites, greet and direct guests, and resolve any problematic issues.
  • Conduct pre-event and post-event meetings, complete detailed reports, hire, train, and manage new personnel, and execute other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Throughout the years, I have proved numerous times that I am a reliable team player with excellent communication and time management skills. Moreover, I have been awarded Employee of the Year for finishing all assigned projects within budget and schedule.

In addition to being a native Bulgarian speaker, I am fluent in English and have a basic knowledge of French. I am very attracted to this job opportunity because you are a company committed to providing high-quality services to clients.
