With a formal background in event planning and coordination paired with my exceptional leadership and time management skills, I am pleased to be submitting my application for the Conference Manager job within Smith Conference Center, Inc. in Auckland, New Zealand. I am certain that I possess everything necessary to execute the job and all associated duties successfully.

Having worked as a Conference Manager for over two years, I fully skilled in all aspects of the job. I especially excel at developing and monitoring budgets, building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and business partners, and hiring and training new employees. At Auckland Airport Conference Center, I was also in charge of coordinating all phases of planning and management of multiple conferences and I worked on the development and implementation of new processes to increase efficiency and decrease unnecessary expenses. For constantly performing exceptional work and completing all assigned projects within budget and in a timely manner, I was awarded Employee of the Month which was a great satisfaction for all the hard work and effort I always put in.

In addition, I am a Certified Conference Manager possessing exceptional critical thinking skills and the important ability to solve complex problems. Furthermore, I am the University of Auckland graduate with a Business Administration degree and a valuable experience with multiple relevant software programs, including Cvent, Project Manager, XING Events, and Aventri.
