At OpenGenus I am doing a 3 month program, which I do researchs about Machine Learning algorithms and create insightful questions with explanations. During the tasks I receive mentorship from a Machine Learning Expert.

As project manager at Honda, I have successfully managed two projects for IAM (Identity & Access Mgmt) and ITSM (IT Services Mgmt), which were new areas to me.

Implementation has been very challenging, either technical and political as they were bringing many changes impacting all Functions within the Company.

We were able to create a new ITSM Portal that became popular internally real fast among the employees and facilitated the communication between the users and IT support. 

The IAM project has brought a lot of new features as better onboarding proccess to new employees, online access review and automatization of several access request tickets.

At Crunchflow I was hired to test a project management tool that was in development, and also carried out pilot deployments on customers in order to get feedback to improve the system. 

I was responsible for creating user manuals and some Dashboards to control projects, activities and resources.

As Totvs project manager, I was responsible for deploying Protheus ERP in new customers.

I had my own team of consultants and we were able to reduce delays and unproductive hours by changing the payment model. Instead of paying per hour, in each project I created activity blocks that represented fixed amounts of hours. The consultants began receiving their payments by delivery, not for worked hours. As a result, we have increased the engagement of each professional and the communication started to flow better specially in challenging times, reducing 60% of delays for the customers.

I was also responsible for the link between the analysts and the Software Factory, when some customizations of the ERP was necessary, controlling the documentation and deadlines of the activities.

Responsible for the implementation of ERP RM in small and medium-size companies, with a team of 7 analysts and 3 developers.

At customer site, I was responsible for project management and for creating new demands such as support, software enhancements and body shop.

I was in charge of making the project documentation final version, putting together all the assessments made by the analysts during the project execution.

CMS was my first opportunity in managing IT projects, providing me a lot of project management learning and expertise.

As a consultant, my role was to conduct proccess assessment and implement the ERP accordingly. 

After the implementation and validation of the processes, I performed users training and monitoring during Go Live.
