To whom it may concern,
As a hardworking student with a passion for public relations and media with a comprehensive range of experiences I feel that I would be an outstanding candidate as a Summer 2020 Intern at Warner Bros. An examination of my attached resume will attest to these attributes: a successful university career as well as a variety of notable positions held in the field of journalism and public relations.
In addition to my experience stated on the resume I would like to also mention that I have been a store manager at The Body Shop over the past year. I have been working as a manager for various retail locations since 2014. My experience managing has made me a strong, passionate and motivated leader with a drive for success and an eye for current trends. I have learned so much throughout the years including keeping an eye out for key performance indicators and analyzing potential on a daily basis. I believe everyone and everything has the ability to grow and develop, myself included.
I have the ability to learn quickly and work well with clients. I am very personable and bubbly and I am the queen of multitasking. In fact, I love to stay busy so much that I took on two part time jobs while attending community college in Fremont. I take pride in everything I do and put my heart in soul into each task. I believe thats what sets me apart from the other candidates.
I am asking for a chance to be considered for this position because my end goal is to work in a studio environment. My cousin, John Smith worked in the finance department for over six years and she would always encourage me to apply to intern and be exposed to such an amazing work environment. She enjoyed her time at Warner Brothers immensely and would always come visit with tons of stories about her favorite people, films, shows and events.
From Bugs Bunny and Daffy Duck to Spacejam, Happy Feet to Batman my newest favorite Aquaman I have been a huge Warner Brothers girl since I was little and I would always tell my parents that I wanted to work for the company that made my favorite movies. This is my chance to do just that, follow my cousins footsteps and make my dream come true.
My letters of recommendation from past employers are available for evaluation as well. If you have any other questions for me or require additional references feel free to call or email. I look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity, and thank you for your time and consideration.
