I am currently the Lead Analog Design Engineer at Halliwell Technologies, where I supervise a team of 3 in designing CMOS circuits and BiCMOS/SiGe processes for electronics clients (mostly virtual and augmented reality). This typically involves equalizers (CTLE, DFE), phase locked loops, CDR circuitry, linear high speed output drivers (CML)/TX drivers, clock oscillator circuits, amplifiers, bandgap references, and regulators. Per your requirements, I oversee circuit simulation for manufacturability, guide circuit block layouts for performance and precision, and maintain documentation.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Master of Circuit Design and a Bachelor of Software Engineering. I have strong knowledge of Python, MATLAB, C, and C++, alongside an in-depth understanding of analog/digital signal processing and ML algorithms.
