As an Educational Technologist with 7 years of experience running performance improvement projects in educational environments, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

Mirroring your requirements, I currently support the adoption, integration, and delivery of instructional technologies at Windham College (2 campuses, 1,300 students/staff) to ensure effective use of the learning management system and related teaching and learning tools. I also design training sessions, produce training materials, and co-review courses against quality standards.

I love being creative and introducing innovative techniques to enhance learning. A recent win is my Know Thy System program, which blends humorous material and a digital onboarding platform to train teachers on Windham’s new eLearning tools from the comfort of their own home or desk. Onboarding is now achieved 63% faster and is 72% more effective compared to in-person sessions.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor of Information Systems and a Train the Trainer certification. I possess excellent project management and team leadership skills, alongside robust cross-functional collaboration and client facilitation abilities.
