In addition, I worked as a Call Center Agent at Coinme, Inc. for more than two years. There, I was mainly in charge of providing high-standards customer service, ensuring that the customer's expectations were always fully met. Moreover, I developed and implemented new office procedures, managed the client data, and trained and supervised new personnel.

Last but not least, I am offering the ability to use all software programs required for the role at an expert level.
