Over the past 12 years working for Rogers Communications, I have developed a very deep and extensive knowledge of Rogers' products and services. This has enabled me to make informed decisions on behalf of our customers based on a robust understanding of the mission and objectives of the organization, as well as historical and current strategic plans and a strong knowledge of the competitive landscape.
In my present role as an e-Service Consultant within the Business Service Wireless division, I support small and medium business clients (SMEs) in collaboration with internal partners such as Dealers and Account/Sales Managers. This includes:
- Promptly and efficiently servicing business accounts, from identifying customer needs to implementing solutions
- Identifying and managing new business within assigned accounts; I generated $650,000+ in additional revenue over the past 12 months
- Coordinating Dealers/Sales Managers to develop and implement customer-specific account plans
This builds upon my previous experience as an Account Manager and Sales Specialist at Rogers, where I developed a strong track record in consistently exceeding sales targets and developing robust customer relationships.
