I am currently a Senior Housekeeper at the 120-bed Hallmark Hotel, where I have first-line management of 24 housekeepers, including staff rotas and performance management. Mirroring the requirements of your role, I:

• Oversee housekeeping staff recruitment, induction, training, and performance management
• Manage department supervisors, cleaning supplies, and linen rooms
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure the quality and economic purchase of linen, cleaning materials, and guest supplies
• Conduct random audit checks of all housekeeping areas to ensure cleaning is properly carried out
