As a Hospitality Associate with 4 years of food handling experience in commercial food operations, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity at Espera Hotel.

I am currently a Food & Hospitality Services Associate at 600-bed Baron Healthcare, where I have an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional customer service. I am responsible for preparing and mixing ingredients for basic recipes, patient menu distribution and collection, accurate menu modification, and daily communication with patient services, nursing, dietitian, and production staff. As needed, I also porter large filled food carts in the absence of the Food Services Manager.

Prior to this, I was a Food Services Associate at Quality Assured Hotels in Salzburg for 2 years before relocating to Vienna.

In addition to my professional experience, I recently completed the Department of Health’s Food Handler’s Course and hold a Food Service Workers (FSW) certification. As well as native German and fluent English, I speak basic French and Italian.

While I have enjoyed my time immensely at Baron Healthcare, I am now seeking an opportunity back in the hotel industry where I believe my passion and skills are best suited.
