I am currently a Financial Administrator at Esteema Financial Solutions, where I support the Finance Director in managing ~100 business accounts, analyzing financial statements, and responding to internal queries from colleagues. Mirroring your requirements, I:

• Maintain financial records, receipt money against accounts, and prepare/submit financial information to the Finance Team
• Accurately produce invoices and ensure financial information is provided promptly to Head Office
• Assist with Accounts Receivables, maintain employee payroll files, and issue payslips

I hold a Bachelor of Finance and am currently completing a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) qualification. I possess excellent numerical, analytical, prioritization, and time management skills, and am familiar with programs such as QuickBooks and Excel.
