I am currently the COO of Halliwell Electric in Ohio, where I drive the efficiency, operations, and continuity of an enterprise comprising 600+ employees across 3 locations. When I came on board 3 years ago, Halliwell was close to bankruptcy. I was crucial in steering it back from a flailing company with a $65m deficit and 75% employee turnover rate to $33m in annual revenue and a 93% retention rate.

I achieved this through ruthlessly analyzing existing policies, procedures, P&L, vendor contracts, and customer feedback. I then designed and implemented robust strategies, plans, and procedures, including ambitious goals for growth and performance. I placed emphasis on promoting the company’s culture and vision through comprehensive policies, alongside motivational leadership of department heads. I also renegotiated vendor contracts and reduced unnecessary expenditure.
