As an Android Developer with 3 years of experience in designing cutting-edge applications that deliver awesome experiences for users, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I am currently an Android Developer at Halliwell Technologies, where I translate designs and wireframes into high quality code. Every day is totally different. For instance, yesterday I met with product developers to discuss the creation of a mobile application for school canteens. I fixed bugs and optimized the code base of a hugely popular taxi app to improve its performance, with minimal downtime. I then maintained several company apps in the Android store, and provided application support for a legacy banking app. It’s hectic and challenging, but I love it!

In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and have strong Java, XML, Android SDK, Kotlin, Android Studio, RESTful APIs, and UI/UX implementation experience, alongside SME status in integrating IoT services with internal applications.
