I am currently the RF Manager at Halliwell in Ohio, where I direct a team of 5 in developing cutting-edge RF electrical designs, wireless system blocks, and protocol developments for wireless residential products. This involves analyzing design restrictions, developing and testing RF circuit designs, and developing system blocks/RF integration for existing systems. While I push my team to their limit in our joint pursuit of elegant, robustly user-friendly, ingenious RF solutions, I am a motivational leader who ensures they are recognized and rewarded for their efforts. I am proud that my team has smashed every target for 24 months straight, with a 100% staff retention rate.

This builds upon my accomplishments as a Senior RF Engineer at WowTech, where I supervised 7 engineers in the nationwide design, testing, commissioning, and optimization of wireless networks for mobile operators and equipment manufacturers. 

In addition to my experience, I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering. I have extensive knowledge of RF design principles, process improvements, safety, clean designs, smart testing, and review practices. I am familiar with major DAS OEMs such as Corning, Commscope, ADRF, TE, SOLiD, and JMA/TEKO. I excel at designing Smallcells using Nokia MBO, Ericsson DOT, and SpiderCloud.
