As a Recording Engineer with 7 years of experience working with record labels and independent studios, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I am currently a Recording Engineer with Halliwell Records, where I act as a collaborator who weaves together the inputs of producers and artists to create singles and albums across all genres. My role is to create space for each instrument to have its own place in the mix, guide clients on takes and sounds, ensure clean audio recordings, and put it all together to realize the artist and production team’s vision. Artists I have supported include Freddie Wild, Angelika Wong, and B.C. Sminky.

This builds upon my time as an Assistant Sound Engineer at Bayleaf Studios, where I worked on voiceover sessions for advertising agencies and video game studios.

In addition to my professional experience, I hold a Bachelor of Music (Guitar) and a Master of Music Production. I am familiar with all aspects of record production, music editing, sound/mixing boards, and acoustics, as well as software such as Adobe Audition, Sound Forge, Audacity, and Studio One.

I have enjoyed my time at Halliwell Records. As the label has scaled back production for the coming year due to the pandemic, I now seek a new opportunity with another stimulating recording studio.
