Next, I am a Certified Property Manager offering 2 years of experience working as a Real Estate Sales Associate at Rose Property Management, LLC. There, I was given the responsibility for providing beneficial support to multiple senior employees, communicating with clients to identify their needs and goals, and researching properties. Additionally, I maintained strategic relationships with business partners, promoted properties all over the Internet, and executed multiple clerical tasks as assigned. For successfully finishing all projects and duties within budget and schedule, I have been awarded the Employee of the Month twice. Finally, I am adept at using all software programs necessary for the job, including Propertyware, AppFolio, and Lease4000.
