First and foremost, my name is Lill Rongstad and I am the Pratt Institute graduate with a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design. At the institute, I was not only among the top 2% of students with the results but I was also involved in multiple extracurricular activities, including Boat Club and Film Society. Furthermore, I served as a Social Media Account Manager for one year and this tremendous experience has taught me how to lead people and work with individuals from different countries and cultures.

Additionally, I worked as a Multimedia Designer at Threads, Inc. for more than three years. Besides producing original animations and editing videos for brand marketing, I was also in charge of designing print materials, performing multiple clerical tasks, and communicating with managers to ensure that their goals and requirements were always fully followed. Next, I am a Certified Project Manager offering a strong attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. Last but not least, I am a native Norwegian speaker with a proficiency in English and the experience with all software programs necessary for the role.
