In my current role as Lead MicroStrategy Developer at Halliwell in Ohio, I build and maintain the BI application and schema objects, build reports and dashboards to address business needs, and collaborate with data warehouse engineers to design BI reporting capabilities. This entails meeting with key decision makers, data owners, and end users to define reporting objectives, then developing associated procedures, models, and protocols. I assess feasibility of requests, estimate development effort, and weigh the impact on the existing environment. I also deliver end user training and help them build and run dashboards and reports.
