Besides that, I worked on the development of new human resources programs to reduce unnecessary expenses. For constantly performing excellent work and meeting all assigned goals and objectives, I was awarded Employee of the Month twice which was a great satisfaction for all the hard work and effort I put in.

Finally, I am a native Danish speaker with a proficiency in English and French and the experience with multiple important industry software programs, for example, Oracle HCM Cloud, Dayforce HCM, and SuccessFactors HR.
