As a BTS Engineer with 6 years of complete integration and cell system troubleshooting experience, I apply with great interest for this opportunity.

I am currently the BTS Engineer/Field Technician at Halliwell Technologies in San Francisco, where I integrate new hardware/software for major telecommunications clients and support tower crews across the state with microwave system installs/path alignments. I carry out call tests and complete documentation, troubleshoot cell systems (e.g. fiber issues, hardware failures), and act as a point of contact for tower owners and client representatives. I have an excellent track record for smoothly carrying out integrations with minimal downtime and ahead of schedule.

This builds upon my previous roles as BTS Engineer at Jirotech and Junior Field Technician at Griffin, where I provided technical support for Radio Access Networks, carried out end-to-end cellular technology troubleshooting, and solved radio network-related issues.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor of Telecommunications as well as Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, Orange, and O2 installation certifications. I have completed RF connector training and am a Certified Tower Climber. Per your requirements, I am familiar with reading construction drawings, RFDS, port matrix maps, and SCF files.

I have enjoyed my time at Halliwell. As I am in the process of relocating to Michigan with my family, I am now seeking an opportunity closer to my new home.
