As an Art Gallery Manager with 6 years of experience in curating and selling late 20th century and early 21st century contemporary art, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I am currently Assistant Gallery Manager at the Bellevue Gallery, which specializes in artists such as Patricia Slnko, Richard Sunderland, and Andrea Rollo. Mirroring your requirements, I oversee 3 representatives in selling to walk-in clients, referrals and phone-in contacts, while cultivating new clientele through my extensive network. In the past year I have made $1.3M in sales, and have supervised a further $2.7M in sales by our team.  Furthermore, I rigorously maintain the gallery’s appearance and atmosphere through hangings, music, lighting, signage, and pedestals. I also assist the director in hanging and placing artworks, and ensure a constant supply of promotional literature.

In addition to my professional expertise, I hold an MA in Modern and Contemporary Art History from SAIC in Chicago.
