There, I was mainly in charge of completing professional apartment tours, collecting fees and deposits, and processing and assessing all applications. On top of that, I coordinated move-ins and move-outs, provided beneficial advice and support to residents, and promoted the company's services all over the Internet. Throughout the years, I have demonstrated numerous times that I am a reliable person with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. I am experienced with all software programs necessary for the role, including Propertyware, Entrata, and MRI Residential Management.
