Profile

I am currently employed as an iOS and Mac+ T1 Chat advisor for the German market for Apple International in Cork, Ireland. My core responsibilities consist in helping the customers via the chat channel in order to find solutions to their issues. Previously employed as a trip trained customer service agent for Voxpro under the Airbnb contract. My responsibilities consisted in satisfying the customers and the company by handling the case in a timely manner to find solutions for complete satisfaction. 

Before this job, I was employed as a delivery and handyman for Latte e Grammatica S.àr.l. in Mamer, Luxembourg. My core responsibilities were to ensure the frozen deliveries to our customers and to review weekly our frozen merchandise not to run out of stock. As well, I had to go to the customs to declare the wine we are being delivered from Italy and the frozen merchandise without cooling interruption.

Customer Support

As you might already know, providing assistance and beneficial support to customers and clients will be your main duty and something you'll spend most of the work time doing. On the other hand, you will also have the opportunity to perform or be responsible for other important activities and functions, for instance, processing orders, assessing customers' needs, and working on the improvement of customer satisfaction. To become a good customer support employee, you should be able to demonstrate previous customer support experience and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets and quotas. Also, excellent communication and multitasking skills, good product knowledge, well-developed time management abilities, and a strong customer-oriented approach may be required.
