I am currently a Teacher Aide at Hillhead Primary School, where I support the Grade 3 teacher in all daily classroom functions to ensure everything runs smoothly. Mirroring your requirements, I supervise 27 students, help implement lesson plans, prepare material, and maintain classroom tidiness. During my studies, I completed a 1-year international practicum at Bertha Willis International in Amman.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Bachelor of Primary Education and a Teaching of English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) qualification. I possess excellent knowledge of developmentally-appropriate practices for child care, as well as knowledge of federal, state, and local rules and regulations pertaining to education in Jordan. I have strong experience in program design, material development, and classroom presentation techniques, diversity & inclusion, and cultural awareness practices. As well as the ability to smoothly cooperate with lead teachers, I maintain appropriate discipline in group situations and maintain effective working relationships with children, families, and fellow teaching staff.
