Until recently, I was the Spa Manager and Massage Therapist at Lotus Blossom Resort in Sunnybank, where I led a team of 6 and worked with a range of clients from medical referrals through to high-end clientele. Mirroring your requirements, I managed the daily activities of the spa, gym, and pools. Furthermore, I oversaw people and facility operations including hiring, training and scheduling staff, monitored Housekeeping and Engineering, and coordinated daily massage and treatment schedules.

For me, being a Spa Manager isn’t just a job – it’s a passion.
