I am currently an RF Optimization Engineer at Halliwell, where I perform RF planning and optimization for industry clients. Per your requirements, I research, develop, evaluate, and integrate early stage Wireless Radio Access Network (RAN)-related infrastructure and products. I conduct performance tuning and optimization of LTE/UMTS/GSM overlay wireless networks to reduce interference, call drops, and access/handoff failures. I also carry out initial tuning for LTE (4G), UMTS (3G) and GSM (2G) networks, perform RF database, parameter reviews and audits, and handle call drop, SHO, HHO, RAB, HO, RRC, IRAT, and SHO Factor Congestion KPI analysis. 

This builds upon my accomplishments as an RF Engineer at WowTech, where I oversaw the nationwide design, testing, commissioning, and optimization of wireless networks for mobile operators and equipment manufacturers.

In addition to my experience, I hold a BS in Electrical Engineering. I have extensive knowledge of RF design principles, process improvements, safety, clean designs, smart testing, and review practices.
