As a qualified Mathematics Teacher with 3 years of experience tutoring students privately, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I began my career as a high school Mathematics Teacher in Wisconsin before relocating to Germany for 2 years to work as the Head of Mathematics for a small international school. In my spare time, I also privately tutored several students at middle school and high school level. Shortly after returning to the US and beginning my job search, the global pandemic temporarily impacted the job market. I therefore began tutoring individual students privately via Zoom and Microsoft Teams to support them with their remote learning homework. 

I discovered that I immensely enjoy the flexibility and variety of this work; so much so, that I prefer to switch to full-time tutoring rather than return to the classroom. Every single one of my students has successfully passed exams, in-class assessments, and tests since I began teaching them.

In addition to my tutoring and teaching experience, I hold a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education (Mathematics). I would be happy to share a copy of my qualification upon request.
