As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 7 years of clinical and private practice experience, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

In my current role at Willingdon Clinic in Sunnybank, I support active and former service personnel and their loved ones with a variety of military-related psychological and psychosocial problems. Mirroring your requirements, this involves intake screening/assessment, goal setting, service planning, risk assessment, crisis intervention, making psychosocial/psychiatric diagnostic inferences, and documenting clinical interactions. Prior to this, I worked across 4 Heathmont Healthcare outpatient clinics to support patients with mood disorders, harm reduction, and crisis management.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Master of Marriage and Family Therapy and a Bachelor of Psychology. I am currently registered with the State of California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

For me, being a Therapist isn’t a job – it’s a passion. My work plays an incredibly important role in the lives of couples, families, and individuals. I take pride in leveraging my therapeutic and clinical skills to support patients in working through obstacles that hinder their interactions with others.

I have enjoyed my time at Willingdon. My reason for leaving is solely based on my family’s decision to relocate. I am now seeking a stimulating full-time opportunity to make a similarly positive impact.
