  • Setup and assist agents on the use of multiple EMR and EHR such as CureMD, PatientNow, NexTech, Aesthetic Record, Remedly, AthenaHealth, NextGen, One Touch EMR and others.
  • Led team for development of systems with MySQL Database. Used results from queries to accelerate growth, efficiencies and improvements across the company.
  • Ensured compliance and tech trainings took place.
  • HIPAA Compliance and Security Officer. Created policies to stay HIPPA compliant.
