For the past 4 years I have worked as an ICU Nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital. In this role, I provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients from pediatric to geriatric populations with diverse cultural backgrounds. I assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs, including multidisciplinary plan of care. Additionally, I perform detailed physical and psychosocial assessments, communicate with patients and their family members, provide guidance on treatment options and post-surgical procedures, maintain surgical tools and equipment, and monitor patient progress. This builds upon my 2 years of experience as a Critical Care Nurse at Bartholemew Hospital.

In addition to my experience, I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and the CCRN-E Certification. I have advanced knowledge of nursing processes, patient assessment and nursing standards, the CNA Code of Ethics for Registered Nurses, and hospital policies and procedures, as well as good pharmaceutical, math skills, and knowledge of management and assignment personnel.
