As a Drafter with 4 years of experience working in engineering consulting and high-tech settings, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I am currently a CAD Drafter at Halliwell Global, where I participate in high-tech system development projects for clients ranging from aerospace and military through to wireless systems and telecommunications. Mirroring your requirements, I participate in project kick-off and review meetings, and prepare plan layouts as well as detailed lists, sketches, schematics, assemblies, and installation drawings for engineering or manufacturing requirements. This typically involves creating and revising 2D/3D solid model geometry, and creating/changing text, dimensions, and part lists.

This builds upon my post-graduate work as a Junior Drafter at Sunnybank Enterprises, where I supported engineering staff on computational and CADD drafting tasks for telecommunications.

In addition to my drafting experience and advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software, I hold a Bachelor of Computer Science and an Autodesk Certified Professional qualification.
