Currently, I hold a part-time position as an Adjunct Instructor in the Department of Geography and Geology at the University of Sunnybank. My responsibilities include instructional planning, grading papers and tests, and overseeing GIS labs. Prior to this role, I taught Introduction to Anthropology as a graduate student, filling in for the department's professors when needed.

Additionally, I serve as a Research Assistant in the university's Office of Research Integrity, focusing on population and social geography. I also contributed to the research and writing of a chapter in Dr. Eleanor Hauska's book on Human Geography and Sustainability.

With 4 years of research and teaching experience, a recent doctorate, and a Master's in Urban Regeneration and Bachelor's in Geography, I am well-equipped to handle the demands of an Assistant Professor role. I have a strong background in tech literacy and enjoy educating students on various software applications for data analysis and mapping.
