As an energetic Artistic Director with 8 years of experience overseeing all aspects of theater and music festival productions, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I am currently the Creative Director at Halliwell Theater in Ohio, where I steer the full artistic production lifecycle from selecting performances and setting production schedules to recruiting performers and managing budgets. We currently have 8 incredible productions running or in rehearsal, with an emphasis on contemporary American plays that wow modern audiences. 

During my time at Halliwell, I have pivoted the theater from a 6-figure deficit to an annual profit of $187,500. I have achieved this by leveraging my senior arts & culture leadership expertise and strategic talents to completely overhaul day-to-day operations, introduce exciting works into our repertoire, and collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a robust 5-year strategy. I also introduced a youth theater program to create opportunities for talented young performers, and have bolstered our social media presence through engaging content and competitions. 

This role draws upon my 3 years as Artistic Director of the Granat Rock Music Festival, where I juggled everything from artistic planning, finances, and fundraising to overseeing hospitality for this annual 3-day, 40,000 attendee event.
