In my most recent position as Recreation Manager at Sunnybank Seniors Center, I created and implemented individual and group enrichment programs for 70 members, drawing upon my extensive knowledge of social work and creative arts therapy. Mirroring your requirements, I designed activities to engage clients, stimulate cognitive and physical ability, and encourage social interaction. 

My approach to life enrichment is drawn from a learner-centred pedagogy, utilizing both educational research and evidence-based learning practices.
