I am currently the Lead Benefits Advisor at Halliwell Corp., where I work with leadership to develop and manage benefits strategies in support of compliant, cost-effective management of our health, welfare, and retirement benefits programs. This involves managing benefit vendor relationships, maintaining positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and providing guidance to plan participants regarding benefit inquiries and plan appeals. I also carefully monitor industry trends and ensure plans are administered according to current local, state, and federal regulations.

In addition to my experience, I recently completed a Bachelor of Human Resources Management. As well as extensive knowledge of ERISA, federal and state regulations, Form 5500 filing, and ACA reporting, I am familiar with Excel, SAP HCM, and Workday.
