As a BCBA-credentialed Behavioral Analyst with 3 years of experience supporting young clients, I apply with enthusiasm for this opportunity.

I currently work as a Behavior Analyst for the City of Sunnybank’s One Step Forward, Two Steps Forward initiative, where I run individualized behavior intervention & curriculum programs for young children, students, and teens with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities.

Mirroring your requirements, I work 1:1 with clients in clinic, school, community, and home settings. In close collaboration with parents, teachers and behaviour teams, I apply the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to help clients socially and behaviorally. I teach specific skills and behaviors, aligned with the goals, objectives and strategies identified in their treatment plan, to decrease problem behaviors while improving focus, attention, memory, social skills, and academics. I have been recognized by schools for my high success rate after clients complete the program.

In addition to my professional experience and BCBA credential, I hold a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Early Childhood Development.
