I am currently a Behavior Specialist with the Sunnybank School District, where I work across 3 junior schools comprising a total student population of 2,400. Alongside 5 team members, I handle case management, crisis intervention, and risk assessment needs for 150+ students.

Mirroring your requirements, I address conduct, discipline, and attendance issues while helping at-risk students to become more academically successful. For those whose behavior requires intervention, I develop individualized behavior tracking and intervention programs. I also create classroom and school-based behavior models to foster a positive school environment, and serve as a liaison between schools and families to promote collaboration in educational planning.
