Diversity Manager

Diversity managers are responsible for recognizing the need to create and implement plans to promote diversity in some organizations. Likely the most significant part of the job is the development of training programs to enhance the employees’ understanding of inclusion issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and advising on inclusions issues, organizing disability services, supporting the recruitment team, and even maintaining relationships with diversity-related businesses to improve company brands. To perform well, Diversity Managers have to have an understanding and awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and the best practices to address them. Knowledge is one thing though. Another is the ability to communicate and influence people to implement your ideas.
