I recently relocated to Michigan from Ohio, where I was a Title Researcher/Abstractor at Sunnybank County Council for 14 years. I was responsible for receiving title requests and researching the ownership history of specific properties to determine legal status for sale and identify any limitations on use. This included searching for liens and disputes that may have prevented clear title transfer, and advising the requester, buyer, and/or seller of any issues. I also certified the abstract of title ownership on behalf of the council.

Prior to the council, I was the Office Manager at Halliwell Realty for 6 years, where I supervised 3 administrators, handled day-to-day operations, managed MLS listings, and produced weekly residential, commercial, and industrial activity reports for the Sales Department.
