At Holy Cross Services, I was given the responsibility for providing various social care services to foster children. Moreover, I spent most of my work time conducting home visits, planning and coordinating the kids' placements, and reviewing all letters and commendations. I also proactively participated in the development and implementation of a new program to increase the number of abandoned children placed in foster homes. Throughout the years, I have demonstrated numerous times my passion for helping others and the important ability to work and perform well both independently and in team environments.

Next, I am the University of Notre Dame graduate with a bachelor's degree in Sociology. At the university, I was not only among the top 10% students with the best academic results but I also won the Academic Excellence Award which was a great satisfaction for all the hard work and effort I always put in. Furthermore, I was involved in multiple extracurricular activities, for example, Psychology Society, Marketing Society, and TEDx Club which helped me to develop exceptional organizational and time management skills. Last but not least, I am a Certified Social Worker and a native Portuguese speaker with a proficiency in English and Spanish.
