There, I was given the responsibility for presenting various residential/commercial properties to prospective tenants, screening and verifying applicants, and collecting payments and deposits. In addition, I served as the first point of contact between owners and tenants and proactively participated in weekly team meetings with the company managers and executives.

On top of my career experience, I am offering a valuable Property Management Certificate from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management from the Southern Methodist University. At the university, I served as a Class Representative for one year and this valuable experience has helped me to acquire excellent leadership skills and allowed me to build the ability to manage time efficiently. Last but not least, I am a native Croatian speaker with a proficiency in English and a basic knowledge of Spanish which has proved to be crucial numerous times throughout the years.
