As a Hotel Greeter with 4 years of experience working for large hotels and casinos, I apply with interest for this position. 

My most recent role was at Sunnybank Hotel and Casino, where I authentically welcomed new arrivals, escorted or directed them to the front desk, ensured that porters collected their luggage, offered any needed assistance, and bid a pleasant farewell upon departure. 

Before this, I was a Greeter as Halliwell Grand Hotel in Ohio, where in addition to the above, I also opened and closed guest vehicle doors, personalized greetings, and directed guests to our app to smoothly explore and book our complete range of services.

I really enjoy interacting with guests and doing everything I can to make their stay memorable. During performance reviews I have consistently received excellent feedback from management for my communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and complaint resolution skills.

Due to the pandemic, Sunnybank Hotel and Casino has closed its doors for the coming year. I now seek a new opportunity to engage with guests and elevate their experiences.
