In fact, I was awarded Employee of the Month 3 times for exceeding my targets, as well as Employee of the Year for wowing customers (satisfaction increased by 43% in just one year, with customers directly thanking me).

In addition to my experience, I hold an Associate Degree in Administration and am familiar with all software in your ad (Zendesk, LiveAgent, TeamSupport). I have an excellent reputation for my patience, diplomacy, empathy, and communication skills, as well as being very attentive and having great product knowledge.
