What you’ll be doing:
- Work on information technology projects to build and operate efficient, resilient, and trustworthy technology stack for consuming, managing, and serving data;
- Own operation of cloud computing environment, including managing infrastructure as code, deployment pipelines, security, and disaster recovery plans;
- Develop and ensure compliance with disaster recovery plan;
- Spearhead Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 compliance efforts from an infrastructure standpoint;
- Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) and credential rotation;
- Partner with Data Engineers to provide technical consultative support for architecture design;
- Develop and operate infrastructure monitoring, for both errors and budget compliance; and
- Work with teams to set up and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for all codebases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5 years of experience in a related occupation. OR a Master's degree in (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 3 years of experience in a related occupation.
- Experience designing and developing applications using AWS stack (e.g. EC2, ECS, Route53, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, SES, IAM, API Gateway, Lambda, and CodePipeline);
- Experience working with Terraform PTFE to create AWS infrastructure;
- Experience designing and deploying CI/CD workflows using Jenkins or comparable product in ECS service;
- Experience managing serverless AWS services using Lambda, ECS and Fargate;
- Experience using: Git, Python, Docker, Dome9, Sumologic, Rapid7, NewRelic, and DataDog;
- Experience designing, implementing, and monitoring disaster recovery protocols for cloud environment; and
- Experience deploying and monitoring processes and environment for compliance with security policies, incl. SOC 2, protection of PII.

The annual base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently $145,000 - $165,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over 100% of the offered base salary (no cap).
