We’re looking for a technically focused Customer Success Engineer to help with customer onboarding, implementation, and collecting feedback from customers to help us build the best product. And most importantly automating this work as much as possible!
Our product is very technical and our customers are very technical so we’re looking for someone that will take the time to learn how our product works on a deep level. Bonus points for any applicants that know how our technology works before our first interview.
Ideal candidates will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience with modern JavaScript
- Love automating everything
- Have excellent writing/communication skills
- Want to understand how our product works from the technical and business side
- Have knowledge of internet technologies like Browsers and API
Ideal candidate location: Within North America
Compensation Range: $60,000 - $80,000
For cash compensation, we set standard ranges for all US based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
