The Growth team is the engine that (as you would expect) drives Revolut’s growth across the globe.

With a community-driven and marketing-driven approach they ensure our product is the preferred choice of the majority of people living in a target country or region ⭐

Each area of the team works like special forces: from acquisition to engagement, they own their markets and use their know-how to grow the brand and our user base at breakneck speed 🚀

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’ll helps us acquire 10x more users across existing and new acquisition channels globally.

What you’ll be doing

  • Identifying new revenue opportunities (outside of existing business lines), to grow our active user base X% YoY
  • Working with multiple country Head of Marketing on User Acquisition and Engagement campaigns across EMEA
  • Creating strategies for new customer acquisition, ideating and executing multi-channel growth strategies
  • Increasing Brand Recall and awareness in relevant geographies
  • Getting broader alignment from leadership on execution of opportunity
  • Leading and executing deployment of new business lines for Revolut

What you'll need

  • 4+ years of experience in one of the following: performance marketing/affiliate marketing/brand marketing/strategic partnerships for a $1B + tech firm; a mix of growth and operations for a $1B + tech firm
  • Experience leading or executing launch of new business lines
  • Strong track record of achievement (demonstrated through - quick assumption of greater responsibility, overachievement on KPIs, fast track promotions)
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities and are comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
