Your Purpose
Join the leading cryptocurrency exchange in Latin America as a Junior Sales Analyst! In this role, you will work closely with our institutional clients to provide data-driven insights that help drive sales performance and business growth.

- Communication skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate data-driven insights to sales and business teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Sales acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area.
- Attention to detail: The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
- Self-motivated: The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other sales technologies is a plus (Looker, Hubspot, Microsoft Office)
- Crypto knowledge: crypto knowledge/passion is a plus

What You Will Do
- Assisting the account manager in managing and building relationships with clients.
- Providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues and providing guidance on using the Bitso platform.
- Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data related to client accounts and transactions to help the account manager and Institutional team make informed decisions.
- Assisting the account manager in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for clients.
- Coordinating with other teams within Bitso such as marketing, operations, compliance and product to ensure seamless client experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and news related to cryptocurrencies, digital assets and blockchain technology.
