Your Purpose 

Join the leading cryptocurrency exchange in Latin America as a Junior Sales Analyst! In this role, you will work closely with our institutional clients to provide data-driven insights that help drive sales performance and business growth.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide recommendations that help us better understand our clients' needs and exceed their expectations. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other teams to drive the overall success of the business.

The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a desire to develop their sales acumen. You should be highly detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Who You Are

  • Strong analytical skills: The ideal candidate for this role should have a proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw insights from datasets.
  • Communication skills: The candidate should be able to effectively communicate data-driven insights to sales and business teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Sales acumen: The candidate should have a basic understanding of sales processes and techniques, and a desire to develop their skills in this area.
  • Attention to detail: The candidate should be highly detail-oriented, with a keen eye for accuracy and precision.
  • Self-motivated: The ideal candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Excel, CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and other sales technologies is a plus (Looker, Hubspot, Microsoft Office)
  • Crypto knowledge: crypto knowledge/passion is a plus
  • Being a Bitso fan is always a great plus for us!


What You Will Do 

  • Assisting the account manager in managing and building relationships with clients.
  • Providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues and providing guidance on using the Bitso platform.
  • Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data related to client accounts and transactions to help the account manager and Institutional team make informed decisions.
  • Assisting the account manager in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for clients.
  • Coordinating with other teams within Bitso such as marketing, operations, compliance and product to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and news related to cryptocurrencies, digital assets and blockchain technology.
