How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead and be responsible for the end-to-end design process
• Work through product problems from definition to delivery for our customers
• Leverage both qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions
• Deliver polished, delightful, and simple design, thinking in terms of systems, not just screens
• Design and prototype multiple ideas quickly and in varying forms of fidelity, and connect regularly with customers to validate direction
• Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads as a member of an empowered product team as they build and ship solutions
• Participate in design critiques and present work regularly to peers and leadership
• Work with the VP of Design and a diverse group of curious and passionate designers to help build and grow a world-class design organization

What You’ll Need to be Successful

• Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 
• Must Have:  
• 5+ years relevant design experience at a product-driven SaaS company
• Flexibility with scope and changing priorities
• The ability to interpret the complexity of software into a form that is accessible and understandable to users
• A baseline understanding of technical issues and how they affect design
• Effectively communicate and defend your design decisions
• Collaborate without compromising quality
• An appetite for learning and growth for yourself and your colleagues
• A passion for the little big details
• Willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
