As a Growth Marketing Specialist reporting to the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in this mission. We are seeking an individual who can harness our exceptional product and market positioning to drive growth.
What's my mission?
- Drive customer acquisition through impactful lead generation initiatives.
- Test and experiment with growth strategies, channels, and tactics to fill the sales pipeline.
- Conduct A/B test experiments to optimize acquisition efforts and conversion rates continuously.
- Build the lead nurturing experience to guide prospects through the funnel, focusing on delivering relevant content and value at each stage.
- Utilize data analytics and CRM insights to inform data-driven growth strategies.
- Work closely with GTM collaborators to ensure a constant feedback loop and incorporate insights.

Here are some of the key things we are looking for.
✅ You have previous experience in in growth/lead generation (2+ years)
in an underdog SaaS B2B company;
✅ You're skilled in cost-effective lead generation across multiple channels
including but not limited to SEO, PPC, Outreach;
✅ You're data-oriented tracking KPIs and analyzing insights for informed decision-making;
✅ You are proficient in growth and marketing tools;
✅ You have strong communication skills in English;
✅ You have a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to change;
✅ You are creative, resourceful, autonomous, pragmatic, goal-oriented, and well-organized.
✅ You may have one or more of these bonus skills:
- You're proficient in additional languages.
- You're familiar with no-code/automation and AI.
- You have a comprehensive understanding and proficiency in HTML and CSS.
