Project Manager - Outdoor Recreation at Tyler Technologies

Tyler Technologies’ OneOutdoor Recreation team is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic software solutions expert to join our Outdoors Implementations team as our Project Manager. This role will be responsible for supporting and implementing reservation and retail systems across state and local government parks and recreation divisions. 

We are looking for a natural and proactive leader who can maintain the highest quality of delivery, manage multiple projects at a time, exemplify customer-facing skills, and drive business value.

Responsibilities:  

• Key resource for managing escalations, driving issues to resolution, and mitigating risks to ensure successful delivery while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• Assess the implementation roadmap and tracks the benefits gained to demonstrate ongoing business value.
• Manages change with multiple stakeholders, steps, and deliverables.
• Analyzes the effectiveness of business operations and identifies opportunities for improvement.
• Understands and manages the customer relationship during the implementation process.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Customer Interaction and Communication skills.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong Business Acumen and Business Analysis skills
• Certifications preferred but not required

State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements

Salary will generally fall between $53,081 - $69,843 before adjustment for geographic differences. Recruiter can confirm if position is incentive eligible.
